AI visual inspection of your finished products

Inspecting by eye misses defects and rejects good products. Our industrial cameras and AI find surface defects and non-conformities on your finished products, against your quality criteria.

The problem

Inspecting by eye fails both ways

In one study, 82 trained inspectors checked 140 parts.

In the workshop

15%

Missed non-conformities

A defect reaches the customer.

35%

Needless scrap

Good products are thrown away.

Human variability

Depends on the person, the light, tiredness.

At the customer

Returns and penalties

Complaints, sorting at your cost.

Lost trust

Lower supplier rating, lost orders.

No proof

No way to defend yourself in a dispute.

You already pay for this, in inspection or in returns.

The value

Conforming products, confident customers

What you gain

Reliable inspection

  • Same decision at every station

Offer

Three steps, your decision after each

Each step has an agreed scope and ends with a written recommendation. No installation without your go.

Step 1

Production line assessment

1–2 weeks

We visit your production line and review your products and their defects. You learn if AI inspection fits, and what it could save.

Your decision: go to validation?
Step 2

Validation

4–8 weeks

We validate the AI on your products and your production line, against success criteria agreed before we start.

Your decision: install, based on the results.
Step 3

Installation

8–16 weeks, or in phases

We install the system, connect your tools, train your team and follow up.

Your decision: add production lines?

Price after a first talk. It depends on production line size, products and connections.

What each step includes
Support

After handover

Products and production lines change, and an unwatched AI drifts. We keep it on track.

Included

Monitoring

We watch the AI and your production line, so drift is caught early.

Option

Faster support

Quicker answers and closer follow-up.

Yearly contract

Regular retraining

We update the AI on a schedule as products and production lines change.

Handover

Your team takes over

Guides in French and English, and operator training. We stay available if you prefer.

FAQ

Questions

What do you inspect?

Your finished products, at the end of the production line. Surface defects (scratches, stains, pits) and non-conformities (wrong assembly, wrong marking, wrong dimensions), against your quality criteria.

Do we need cameras already?

No. The production line assessment defines the camera, lighting, mounting and links.

Do our images leave the factory?

Your choice: on your site, in the cloud, or split.

What if the answer is no?

You keep the report and skip the next step.

How accurate will it be?

We measure it on your products during validation: defects found and false alarms. We promise no number before.

How does it connect to our machines?

Results go to your PLC (machine controller) over your network. Installation covers the PLC, MES and ERP links.

Who maintains it afterwards?

Installation includes three months of support and monitoring. Guides and training let your team take over. A yearly contract covers retraining.
